The company provides a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects only, starting from the delivery date.

The warranty does not cover fabric, glass, marble, handles, accessories, inspection costs, or the transportation of technicians during maintenance.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending products for maintenance or replacement.

The company is not responsible for installation services (such as chandeliers, frames, mirrors, etc.).
